Master Fujiwara Yoshihiro has been introducing the world to the traditions of Japanese cuisine for more than 30 years and, together with the Fujiwara YOSHI restaurant, offers to plunge into the atmosphere of true “omotenashi” hospitality. An aquarium system with a live menu, original ingredients and an authentic bar menu, complemented by a traditional interior and the art of serving dishes.
